For me, visiting a new state is never complete until I have visited the restaurants. I had the opportunity of trying out Kilimanjaro, a popular fast food spot. First of all, I am not new to the brand as I have patronized both Port harcourt and Lagos branches.
My Kilimanjaro Experience:
Location/Parking: Kilimanjaro is located at Ekeki park and it was pretty easy to explain to my Keke Rider. There is parking for about 4 cars. I’m not aware of street parking.
Ambiance: It is basically set up like the typical fast food joint.
Food: I visited twice. Both times, I got fried rice and chicken. I also got their delicious doughnuts. Food and snacks range from 150NGN upwards and I consider it very affordable.
Service: I was particularly disappointed with the service. My food was cold and I requested for it to be microwaved and the attendant gave me a blatant NO. Apparently, it is not part of the package.
In conclusion, I rate them a 3/5 just because the attendant was rude and could not microwave my food.
I don’t think it’s the attendant. I’m not trying to stereotypical or nothing but alot the service providers in Bayelsa seemed to be authoritative. From the bus driver, to keke man, to attendants, to security men. Smh
