I stumbled on My Makeup NG’s website when they did a promo on BellaNaija for LA Girls Pro Concealers which was going for N700 as opposed to the N1200 I usually buy it for. As a makeup artiste, I decided to stock up on all the shades available. Makeup NG’s site is very easy to navigate, and the search button functions properly as I was able to do a quick search and find the concealers I wanted.
I signed up on the Makeup NG site but didn’t complete my purchase that day, however I received a reminder email about my pending purchase so I went back and placed my order. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email and a phone call a few hours later asking me if I’d like same day delivery on my order. Of course I opted for the same day delivery option, and got my items as promised. I was charged 600 Naira for shipping to Victoria Island.
I am very happy with Makeup NG’s service and their staff are very polite and friendly. However, I would like Makeup NG to include a timeline on when orders would be received so that customers aren’t waiting in vain.
Thanks for the review @lindaquaynor. One would think there’d be some kind of timeframe given to customers so they know when to expect their products…very interesting that that’s a recommendation you’re having to make….
