Olori.com.ng has the best customer service experience I’ve received in Lagos. Olori sells natural hair products, cosmetics, skincare products, etc. My first experience ordering products from Olori.com.ng was pretty good. Olori has a pretty wide range of products – which, by the way, are super affordable – so I found most of what I wanted or could substitute for something else just as good. Also, delivery was prompt. Although my house can be difficult to locate, there weren’t any unnecessary calls, delays, etc. All my items arrived in one piece.
My second experience ordering from Olori simply blew my mind away!!
I’d placed my order at almost 10pm the night before and transferred the money to the designated bank account. By 2pm the following day, I had my products in my house already! Talk about speed!! All of this occurred in February o!So, a couple weeks back (in the month of March), I got a call from an Olori rep who was super apologetic. I was quite confused at first, then the lady explained to me that on my last order, I ordered a body cream which came in two sizes (I didn’t even know/notice the size options), however I’d received the smaller size whereas I’d paid for the larger size. Apparently, during their inventory audit, they noticed they had an extra big sized product left so they proceeded to investigate, then found out they had messed up my order, and gave me a call! My mouth was wide open in shock as the rep explained all of this to me!
The rep then asked if it would be okay for Olori to deliver the right sized product to my house the following day at no extra cost or charges to me! Na so my mouth hit ground finally! In LAGOS?!?
Lo and behold, the product was delivered as promised. Honesty and great proactive customer service at its best!
The example Olori has shown has earned them as my preferred natural hair product supplier and I will gladly recommend Olori to all.
Thanks for this review Oy!!! I’m gradually learning of all these services I can utilize when I move back home…really glad. Now, there needs to be somewhere I can get chick-fil-a type milkshakes in Lagos!!
